Warranty:

All Repairs are backed by a 180 Day labor warranty. We do not make any additional warranty claims for parts beyond the manufacturers warranty period. We are not responsible for the failure of any part that is outside of the manufacturers warranty period or not covered with a manufacturers warranty. Misuse and abuse will void our labor warranty with no exceptions. (Service call charge will apply for on-site repair)

Alignments are backed by a 180 day warranty. This warranty only applies to carts that pass our suspension safety test prior to alignment. If customer turns down any recommended repairs prior to alignment this warranty will be void. We will not be held liable for damage caused to tires due to misalignment at any point during this 180 day period. Any damage caused by abuse or misuse will void this warranty. Alignment failures caused by poor workmanship which will require replacement of any suspension related or tire related parts must be purchased before the alignment labor will be re-performed. Improperly installed parts or customer replaced parts (Hubs, Spindles, Lift kits, Steering Racks) after our service date will void this warranty. (Service call charge will apply for on-site repair)

Custom Install 1 Year Warranty. We take great pride in our work. Any workmanship issues with our installs should be addressed immediately upon installation. However if you find something that we missed within 90 days after our install we will absolutely take care of it. We warranty our custom work! (Service call charge will apply for on-site repair)

Yes. We understand transporting your golf cart is a difficult task so we take that headache out of the equation. We Offer comprehensive mobile repairs and custom installations.

Rates:

Service call $165 - Includes 30 minutes of Diagnostics

Hourly rate: $135 - Billed in half hour intervals

Custom Labor Rate: Billed at Flat Rates - Please contact us for a quote on a custom golf cart build!

Most repairs are fairly quick and our technicians will work quickly to resolve your issues.

Shop Fees:

Alignments - $119 Flat rate Assuming no other repairs are required.

Battery Disposal - $12 per Battery

Tire Mounting / Disposal - $28 per Tire

Shop Supplies - 1% of total repair ticket

Repair Transport (Off-site):

If our technician cannot repair your cart on-site and must load the cart on to the trailer there will be an additional $95 Return Delivery fee added to your invoice.

Billing and cancellations:

You will be billed for the service call charge at the time you schedule your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason please provide 72 hours prior notice to the date of appointment. We will not offer any refunds for last minute cancellations however we will reschedule you for $75 or we will work you into our schedule free of charge.

Terms of Service:

Please read carefully. Upon arrival you will be asked to sign a waiver containing the information below before our technicians begin any work including diagnostics. If you refuse to sign our waiver for any reason we will not perform service or offer any refunds for service calls charges.



Refusal of service:

We Reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. Including but not limited to our own safety or the safety of others.

Customer Supplied Parts:

We can not warranty any labor on repairs made with customer supplied parts. If parts do not fix the cart, we will not be responsible. Our technician will diagnose the cart to the best of his ability before installing any customer supplied parts. If diagnosis suggests the part is incorrect for the repair and we install anyways there will be no guarantees that the cart will be fixed and there are no refunds for labor or service calls.

Liability:

We will not be held liable for any bodily injuries or personal property damage that occur regardless of the cause. We will not be held liable for any damages caused by improper use of installed parts or defect of workmanship. We will not be held liable for damages caused to any personal property due to insufficient workspace, a dangerous working environment or for any other reason.

We will not be held liable for voiding your cart's warranty. If you are concerned about retaining your warranty we encourage you call your OEM and find out if the parts you want will void your warranty before scheduling an appointment.

We will not be held liable for any damages or theft that could occur while in our possession. It will be your responsibility to maintain liability insurance at all times while your property is in our possession.

Refunds:

"Golf Cart Mobile Repair - Service Call - Frisco TX" (Service Call), (Labor), (Shop Supplies), (Misc.) is a non refundable item. No exceptions will be made.
